INTRODUCTION
In 1945, Aldous Huxley published a book called
The Perennial Philosophy, tracing the single strand of ancient truth which lies at the heart of all the world's religious and mystical traditions.
In essence, this strand, or
philosophia perennis, claims that we are not separate individual entities but are in fact all just expressions of one universal consciousness.
This journey provides a philosophical and spiritual overview to a shift in our thinking about the human identity and which could revolutionise the way in which we relate to each other. Alan Rayner's theory of Inclusionality is introduced as a key example of this shift.
The Toolkit provides starting points for spreading the 'contagion of positive change'.
